  • Offsite Resource: The Foundation Center RFP Bulletin. This weekly email newsletter almost always includes a “Media and Journalism” subheading of the latest RFPs (requests for proposals) coming out of the foundation world.
  • Offsite Resource: Find Funders at the Foundation Center. The Foundation Center really is the go-to research source for the entire grantseeking field. Their Find Funders page offers free searches by geographic region, and paid access to an exhaustive funder database that can be indexed according to keywords such as “journalism.” You can also use all their services for free, in person, at the Foundation Center libraries in Atlanta, San Francisco, New York City, Cleveland and Washington, D.C.
